Meet The Family

Andrew is the courageous, fearless, fearful, shy, amazing, ordinary, outstanding, simple, loving and doting co-captain of our little band of wanderers. He recognizes the extraordinary in the mundane and is the constant reminder of where we are headed... albeit without a map. He is the architect to Jenn's vivid visions, and the cheerleader to the kids dreams. He is the fire that singes our backsides when we lolly gag along the roadside chomping the grass whilst our destination and new adventures awaits us, and he is the the pause button when the universal glory makes itself known.
Jenn is the "Little Engine That Could" in this little troop. Her realistic visions and connection with the angels and "other side" often offer a perspective that gives context to the seemingly endless fumbling. Yet her gifts and abilities work in perfect harmony to Andrew's grounded approach to all that is. She also spends her spare time (which surely should be a misnomer) home educating Chris and Analis. She is the glue holding this whole shebang together.
Chris spoke earlier this evening of how each person in our family represents an element and he was the fire element. This image indeed encapsulates his spirit. He is our future dragon rider. His heart is a passionate one... it shows in all he is and everything he does. He is witty and articulate, often bringing a level of understanding that we were unaware he had.
Analis is rather difficult to describe... she is a walking paradox of the most beautiful kind. Her size belies the impact and presence she has in this world. People are often drawn to her and it is funny to watch her interactions as most people are shocked at her ability to articulate quite clearly what she thinks. Having said that she often seeks the company of animals finding joy in looking after all things whose hearts are generally open to receiving... She is always one for comic relief and compassionate care.
